A small gem in Etobicoke is the neighbourhood of Eatonville in Toronto’s west end. It has long been an area that has seen families with young children live their early years while eventually using the area to step up to another nearby location in Toronto. Eatonville has seen many changes over the last few decades and growth in the area continues to make Eatonville an enticing area for real estate buyers to look in.

Houses in Eatonville

Homes in Eatonville were built predominantly between the late 1940’s and the 1960’s consisting of mainly bungalows, and one and a half story houses. A mixture of larger side splits we build a bit later on and the location remained unchanged until recent new custom designed houses have been built on top of old bungalows with attractively large lots. High rise development has also become a popular trend with new condos being built along the East Mall and West Mall corridor and more plans to develop large lots along Dundas St. will see a large density push with high rise condos taking over the landscape.
