About Alex

Having worked in the real estate industry for over 10 years, I have brought into my real estate career one very important philosophy…

“It’s not just about the sale, it’s also about the customer service”.

After attempting to purchase a property of my own, an interest was sparked in real estate and how I could help others overcome some of the uncertainties of home ownership. I take great care to ensure that my clients understand every step of the buying and selling process as well as keeping in touch with them long after their sale is complete.
Over my career I have focussed on providing assistance to first time buyers, as well as those who haven’t bought in the market for many years and are looking to upgrade from their current situation. Having grown up in Bloor West Village/High Park and worked the majority of my life in the downtown core, I have a vast knowledge of not only resale properties in these areas, but of new developments being constructed throughout the city.
Five years ago I joined the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation to support their efforts in helping women and children fleeing violent situations across Canada. This has been a cause that I have always been involved with by supporting other similar organizations.

Through my sales at Royal LePage, a percentage of my commissions go directly towards the Shelter Foundation to help this great cause. Past clients find it comforting that through the sale or purchase of their home, help is being given to others in need. I have consistently been a top 10% donor for this cause and owe a debt of thanks to my clients.
“I won’t just find you a house…I’ll find you a home”
